When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information about an identifiable individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”.     • Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.

    • Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.

    • Personal Information collected: version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site

    • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

    • Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card number, email address, and phone number.

    • We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:

Incorrect Orders, Damaged, & or Missing Items


Incorrect orders, damaged, or missing items claims must follow these instructions.

 

When the package arrives, we allow 48 hours to verify your shipment. This gives ample time to inspect your order for correctness and or damages, if your package is deemed damaged. This is industry standard. Accidents happen and we're here to help. If upon inspection it is found that the order is missing items and or there is damage, claims need to be emailed within 48 hours of receipt. This can be achieved
by emailing kks_creations913@yahoo.com. You will need to submit your claim with the order number in the email subject line, and in the body of the email; a picture of your received packing slip, a brief description of the issue and pictures of any damages. We then will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if shipping
insurance was purchased. If damages occurred and shipping protection was removed or not purchased, we will not be held responsible.

Items Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock after you have made your purchase, you will be notified via email with an alternative color, size, or product. If an agreement can not be met between the buy and seller, a full refund will be processed back to the card that the order was created under.
